This individual will play a critical role in the growth of Berwyn. The responsibilities will include the following:
- Interact with key stakeholders to understand business initiatives.
- Support key business systems and implement automation & integration between these systems. Systems may include but are not limited to: Salesforce, Back office operational System(s), Accounting software, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, etc
- Identify issues, inefficiencies, and other loose areas to be resolved.
- Work with our internal development team and with the clients’ technologies teams to design effective workflows and the needed software changes.
- Deploy and integrate new software and/or tools seamlessly to internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
- Watch and identify all current and potential failure areas.
- Always maintain an excellent user experience.
- Log all technology developments in JIRA to be utilized in future client projects.
- Work along teammates to design processes for training for new workflows and track progress against new rollouts to measure success/improvement.
- Manage ticket requests from business users on feature adds and/or issues submitted.
- A bachelor's degree in management information systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or similar degree
- One to three years of experience working with salesforce admin/development
- Prior experience in systems integrations
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Powerful organizational and communication skills
- Resourceful and results-driven
- SQL
- Salesforce flow design & object creation
- Experience with salesforce Apex language
- Atlassian JIRA
- Experience with Hubspot to salesforce integrations
- PowerBI or like reporting platform
- Summer hours (Friday FLEX program): full time employees will be able to participate in our summer flex hours. Participating employees will enjoy a four-hour work day every other Friday (must still work 40 hours)
