You can help others organize their home by designing and selling beautiful closets, entertainment centers, garage storage cabinets, and much more. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy flexibility and the opportunity to work one-on-one with amazing clients! We provide pre-set in-home appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Role Description
The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time role located in Farmers Branch, TX. The position requires you to work directly with clients to design and sell custom organization solutions. The Interior Design Consultant will be responsible for leading customers through a consultative sales process, creating custom designs, pricing and providing outstanding customer service through installation.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Interior Design or related degree/experience
- Experience in sales, furniture industry, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of space planning, and building codes and safety standards
- Experience with custom wardrobe, garage cabinets, and other home organization products is a plus
Pay/Sales Territory
We are located in Farmers Branch- You will need to come into the office once a month after training, but otherwise this job is an "on the road" job- and you meet from clients to clients with the warm leads we provide to you.
Pay is commission based after 3 months. My top designers average from $7-$10,000 monthly, and others range from $4-6,000. We have a "ramp up" period and position does not start out with sole commision.
