We are flexible in covering the hours we operate; do you want to work 4 10-hour days? Do you want to start Mid-week and work through Saturday? Do you need full time but want to start your day in the early afternoon? Only available part time but frustrated cause no one seems to have shift that fits your availability. Our operation can accommodate most any schedule needs. We only ask that you be dependable.

We are looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team. (Call Center/ Phone Room Position).

NO COLD CALLING!!! INBOUND AND WARM OUTBOUND CALLS ONLY. Full or part time, with truly flexible hours and shifts. We are easy going when it comes to finding the right hours, shifts and work schedules for our marketing staff. For us our one requirement is that if you are going to work with us, you bring a positive and enjoyable demeanor to add to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Booking appointments with homeowners who have needs for our products and services
-Creating customer interest, answering questions of clients
-Maintain a call volume of inbound/outbound calls
-Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives.
-Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals.
-Place outbound calls and set sales appointments from generated leads provided.
-Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies
-Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company's products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Qualifications:
-High enthusiasm, self-motivated, positive and competitive individuals
-Strong customer service skills, patient and understanding
-Open minded and eager to learn and grow
-Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task.
-Excellent telephone & oral communication skills
-Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change.
-Computer Skills – Able to learn Our system and utilize Microsoft/Google Platforms such as Word and Excel.
-All applicants must be energetic and truly motivated; dependable and goal driven. Our daily mission is to set appointments for no cost/obligation in-home estimates.
-Must have reliable transportation, no access to Public Transportation
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in technology sales or software industry is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling and making cold/warm calls
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Motivated self-starter with a strong desire for business development and achieving sales targets

Note: This position does not require any specific educational background, but relevant experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service is highly valued. Prefer appointment setting experience in the home improvement industry. Candidates with strong experience in phone sales, direct sales, home improvement sales or retentions encouraged to apply as well. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
