Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- The VW Sales Consultant is the customer contact, from initial contact through close of the sale.
- The Sales Consultant develops a rapport with customers to determine the vehicle that meets their budget and preferences; provides various finance options, accompanies customers on test drives, and demonstrates vehicle features.
- The Sales Consultant provides an excellent buying experience.
- Our Sales Consultants are valued team members and are provided opportunities to advance in their careers!
Qualifications and Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Automotive Sales experience preferred but not required
- Professional personal appearance; self-motivated; driven to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment screen including MVR, drug test, and have a valid in-state driver’s license
