POSITION SUMMARY
The Lease Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships and must be familiar with all aspects of vehicle leasing. Successful candidate will maximize profitability through growth and retention and will operate in compliance with established policies and procedures, reporting performance against predetermined objectives. Successful candidate will provide advice on fleet management to include policies, procedures, total costs, and risk management, as well as any losses incurred or potential customers who may be at risk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and create leasing opportunities and sales revenue goals by researching and anticipating our prospects’ needs
Managing and developing existing lease accounts
Promote products and enhance customer satisfaction by developing rapport with key decision makers and end users
Travels to Customers and Cold Calls new customers
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred. Three years sales/leasing/rental experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must have strong interpersonal and management skills. • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers. • Sales experience in equipment rental environment (ideally truck rental and leasing) • Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations, as required. Knowledge of MS Office applications. • Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required. • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
