Position Summary:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for the instructional design and delivering ALLDATA product training and upskill training for Inside Field Sales professionals and National Account Managers. S/he will partner closely with Sales Leadership and other team members and cross-functional stakeholders across the business to provide world class training and enablement programs both digitally and in-person.
Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
· Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in training salesforce
· Design ALLDATA Product Training Curricula within time and budget constraints
· Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
· Onboard new sales professionals and supports their sales career journey through training
· Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
· Monitor sales objectives and results and make improvement recommendations
· Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
· Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
· Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
· Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
· Manage LMS (Learning Management System) on an ongoing basis
· Manage the Product Training Class schedule to ensure that all Product Training Classes are staffed with qualified instructors
· Working closely with other business partners such as product management, Customer Retention, Content Management, and Sales leadership to understand ALLDATA products and design and deliver Sales Training that supports sales revenue and effectiveness
· Build strong business relationships and collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
· Other responsibilities may be assigned
Position Requirements:
· A Bachelor degree in education, human resources, Liberal Arts or Applied Science required. A combination of work experience and a formal training certificates would be acceptable.
· At least 5 year of proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in Adult Learning
· Ability to manage a full training cycle; both in classroom activities and web-based learning
· Hands-on experience in e-learning platforms and LMS in an Adult Learning environment
· Excellent time, administration, and organizational skills
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Former experience as a Sales Professional is a plus
Salary: $61,400 - $102,500
Compensation Range (USD): MIN 61400.0 - MID 82000.0 - MAX 102500.0
