We are seeking a Distribution & Sales Training Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving our Sales Training and development programs to ensure our sales and distribution professionals and managers are well-equipped to lead sales teams, achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, innovative, and results-driven individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure our Health and Wealth Distribution teams are at the top of their game.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution Training Development Qualifications
- Collaborate with sales and distribution leadership from all of AmeriLife Distribution Channels (Health & Wealth) to identify training needs, priorities and areas of opportunity to support efficiency and best practices that drive performance.
- Implement an effective onboarding process for new sales, marketer, and distribution team members, including sales processes, sales skills, and manager focused training.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales management and sales skills training programs for new hires and in supporting ongoing professional development.
- Create and facilitate training materials, including presentations, training programs, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to increase their effectiveness at the point of sales and service.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including distribution leadership, marketing, compliance, distribution analytics and product development, to ensure strategic alignment and understand market trends to provide training experiences that are consistent in its messaging and resources.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among sales and distribution professionals. Become a central point of contact and content for all local affiliate trainers and foster a forum for collaboration to identify areas for scaling resources and ideas, as appropriate.
- Establish training vision, goals, strategies, and tactics that align with AmeriLife and Affiliate leadership goals and objectives.
- Analyze and report on the impact of training on sales team performance and adjust programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
- Proven experience in Sales Training, enablement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and training software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Enthusiastic about staying current with industry trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
