Sales Trainee (Level 1) will begin studying for the required course work and attending education sessions to prepare for the NMLS SAFE Exam (4+ hours per day). The intention is for the Sales Trainee to pass the exam and to work with a personal mortgage advisor in partnering to generate leads organically through its network as well as learning the overall mortgage industry. This position is intended as a sales position and a stepping stone for an employee to advance their career.
Essential Functions:

• Sales Trainee to establish beneficial conversations with borrowers/consumers while building rapport.
• Meet sales goals and productivity requirements on a daily/weekly basis.
• Study, take and pass the NMLS SAFE Exam.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Satisfactory passing of the NMLS SAFE Exam from the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System)
• Maintain annual Continuing Education requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook and other , FHA Connection and other mortgage related systems
• Must display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable on camera using Teams for all company and employee interactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain good standing with Realtor guidelines
