WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ownership of the Sales Team at the dealership by participating in interviews, job offers, training, and development of Sales Advisors
- Responsible for training and developing the skills of the Sales Advisors
- Assist Sales Advisors in trade appraisals by test driving, obtaining vehicle photos, and entering vehicle condition and specifications
- Ensure all guests receive an exceptional sales experience by reviewing all deals prior to finalization and checking in on the guest's experience
- Meet with General Manager to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits
- Take ownership for condition of the lot and dealership to ensure it is secure and professional in appearance
Schedule: Monday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm or 7:00 pm, Tuesday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm or 7:00 pm, Friday 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:15 am to 3:00 pm. Sunday and one weekday off.Monday OR Thursday will be an open to close shift working the 8:15 am to 7:00 pm.One Saturday off per month in exchange for working your normal weekday off.Weekly hours averaging 45+.
Pay: Uncapped earning potential (averaging $100,000+ annually) between salary and bonuses; base salary based on experience plus monthly bonus based on dealership performance.
WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required
- 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience is required
- Automotive sales OR retail management experience is required
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Active listening skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership
- Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
