Salary** Compensation for this position will be derived solely from commissions (starting at 15%) & bonuses generated from successful sales. Please do not apply for this job if you're seeking a salaried or hourly position. **
We're seeking committed, highly self-motivated associates to join our growing sales team, focused on securing clients for our grant writing packages (https://group22team.com/grant-writing-packages). Thousands of strong, viable leads will be provided for you, via our voluminous database of nonprofit contacts.
Sustained, tangible success will provide the opportunity to advance to a regular, salaried staff position.
Tasks shall include, but not be limited to:
- Working closely with senior staff vis-a-vis the completion of all assigned tasks
- Conducting research and gathering information through surveys and client interaction
- Liaising with clients and other involved parties on behalf of the company
- Updating documents and sales records
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
- Analyzing corporate sales & marketing strategies and offering suggestions for potential improvement
Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers who understand the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients, as well as the importance of meeting and/or exceeding corporate sales goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrable success with sales & marketing outreach
- Degree in marketing, business, or similar field
- Strong self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to navigate rejection
- Superlative communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
