We are currently searching for a new member for our sales team. Our main products include new units of heavy equipment, compact equipment, and attachments. We also sell and broker used equipment and attachments.
Your main duties as a Sales Specialist are will be to promote and sell our main lines of equipment. In addition, your resposabilities will include:
On the job training to familiarize yourself with the products and the proceedures of our company.
Promote and rent or sell from rental inventory.
Be able to confidently demonstrate the product and features to potential customers.
Creating an efficient schedule for visiting new customers and checking in with current customers.
Documenting visits, contacts, what was talked about, and oppertunities.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner.
Promote the value and capabilities of our Parts and Service department.
Follow proceedures with attention to detail.
Creating and implamenting new sales strategies and maketing tactics.
Overall, you will be selling our first class customer service. Our customers stay loyal because they know we go above and beyond to make sure they receive the best service.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment sales or dealership industry experience is highly prefer but not required.
Knowledge of the Heavy Equipment Industry is greatly desired, but not required.
Spanish is a plus.
You must be personable and confident for this position.
Must be at least 21 years of age, and possess and maintain a current and acceptable, valid Driver's License to drive for the company.
Understanding of local competition and market rates to drive results.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
