Sales Specialist

WHO WE ARE | Revenue of Inspiration (ROI) and Brand [Uncover] (B[U]) support leading domestic and international luxury beauty brands, retail organizations, and spas. Consulting on multiple categories including makeup, skincare, fragrance for special projects, or sales support. We work directly with brands to enhance their growth strategy and sustainably expand their business. ROI + B[U] work collaboratively to create bespoke action plans for both brands and buyers.

JOB DESCRIPTION | We are actively seeking an experienced administrator to assist our dedicated sales team. The individual in this role will support daily tasks intended to generate sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required. An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills will excel within this role. This candidate will work remote within the continental US, and may require some travel to trade shows and regional events.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Arrange appointments with buyers through email / “cold” calling
• Can schedule and conduct meetings via Zoom
• Send communications to our audience of buyers + brands
• Input detailed records of all sales communications to CRM
• Manage a database of over 2,000 buyers and 1,800 brands in CRM
• Run reports for the sales team via CRM + Excel
• Exemplify high standard of customer service and sales skills
• Adhere to deadlines in a timely and concise manner
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the team
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of this role

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of administrative experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop / nurture existing relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends (trade shows / events)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Google Workspace
• Strong interest in beauty / cosmetic / aesthetic industry is preferred
