In order to achieve our mission, we require a passionate and goal-oriented person who will join our sales team and help us grow our business even further.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Sales team full-time. As the Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, prospecting, and converting potential clients into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to obtain deep and thorough knowledge about our product and brand.

  • Generate leads, build positive and lasting relationships with clients, and support customers to satisfy their needs.

  • Identify and target potential clients within specified market segments for our digital communication platform.

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate conversations.

  • Qualify leads by understanding and matching their requirements with our products benefits.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, demos, and presentations to showcase the value of our digital communication platform.

  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and quotes to prospects.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with potential clients and close deals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance our business.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with tools for Sales Communication, Sales Prospecting, Sales Enablement, and Sales Analytics.

  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for lead management and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Social Media and Email Marketing Platforms and Mobile Sales.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B or B2C sales.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and establish trust with clients.

  • Being focused on customers, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Exceptional Persuasion, Resilience, and Teamwork skills.

  • Positive Attitude and Integrity with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients.


Desired:

  • Familiarity with Proposal and Quoting Software and Document Management Systems.

  • Experience in remote work environments or tech startups.

  • Familiarity with digital communication solutions, SaaS, or tech products.
