JOB SUMMARY:
This position is the primary point of contact with our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues about the Company's products and services. This position provides value engineered solutions, as well as assisting with things like processing orders, quotes, shop drawings, and bid packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds as a customer advisor, providing answers to inquiries and concerns regarding the company’s product or services, and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales and solution development through customer interaction
- Serve as a liaison with customers, outside sales, manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, quality, and shipping in order to determine the best possible product solution for customers
- Utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance customer engagementsUnderstand customers’ needs and requirements, interpreting specifications, and providing value engineered solutions, quotes, shop drawings and bid packages
- Determine the best methods to resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies
- Communicate changes and opportunities to customers, including price changes, product changes, promotions, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to order entry team to insure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Entering and following up on customer orders in HaasWorx and Syteline
- Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical acumen required to understand the product
- Previous customer service experience in manufacturing, parts or other non-service industry;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be an experienced user in various computer office applications. Prefer Google Office Suite applications (Spreadsheets, Docs, Gmail & Slides).
- Comfortable with relationship oriented sales and customer service
- Strong organizational and responsible time management skills
- An understanding of the construction industry with the ability to understand plans and specifications is a plus
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work full time
