WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Work closely within the organization throughout the territory and execute a strategy to maximize service revenue growth along with building long-term customer loyalty.
- Selling services rather than physical products.
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with both potential and current clients.
- Leverage existing customer base, market data and marketing resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs and solution sell.
- Navigate organizations from various industries to move and ultimately close deals.
- Preparing professional proposals and presentations that are tailored to the customer’s needs and effectively communicate proposed service solutions.
- Maintaining good working relationships with our sales team, service managers, and technician personnel
- Manage quoting and service opportunity funnel on monthly basis for success.
- Forecast sales and develop “out of the box” service sales strategies.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects; ability to articulate the value proposition of MCA services to potential clients both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to tailor service offerings to meet the needs of clients and demonstrate how the services add value and contribute to the client’s success.
- Demonstrate how MCA services differ from competitors.
- Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual - you own the details and the projects and are not afraid of accountability.
- Exceptional time management and ability to focus on what matters.
- Experience with CRM and a track record of meeting sales goals.
