Sales Representative

NorthStar Group is expanding its Manhattan market and looking for a Sales Representative for outside sales to join our team. Our ideal sales rep has an upbeat and engaging personality and is energetic, self-motivated, and purpose driven. A successful candidate must be willing to follow the proven training and canvas neighborhoods to initiate conversations with homeowners. Prior outside sales experience is not required

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs for damage and educate homeowners about the process for repairs or replacement

• Assist homeowners with the insurance claims process and proactively communicate with the homeowners and NSG’s production team throughout the entire build process.

• Daily utilization of CRM software
