Sales Representative – Wholesale & Retail Sales

The Sales Representative is responsible for serving our nationwide network of dealers and helping retail consumers purchase products when a dealer is unavailable. This position works diligently to fulfill our dealer base needs, work well within a team environment, accomplish annual sales goals, be detailed & responsible, and have excellent communication skills.

• Work with a nationwide network of clients & Retail consumers representing a reputable and fast-growing company
• Enjoy a positive, high-energy, growth-oriented company culture where creativity and ambitious goals are encouraged
• Assist retail customers with planning their custom playsets and furniture orders
• Prepare & present quotes
• Follow up on existing quotes and answer questions
• Ensure that all documents are in order and the production team has clear instructions when they are ready to start the project
• Attend 3-4 Tradeshows a year to connect with new customers
• Build relationships with our existing customer base while also pursuing new accounts in our target markets

• Experienced: We are seeking a sales background in a construction-related industry. This may include a sales role involving sheds, gazebos, hardscaping, fences, decks, patios, remodeling, new homes, building products, etc. Knowledge of the construction process and consulting with clients about their projects.
• Strong Communicator: Able to help customers visualize what their outdoor project will look like and answer questions. Must be skilled in connecting with customers over the phone and in writing.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Office Suite). Confident in learning new technology & navigating the internet. Able to learn CRM and POS software.
• Self-motivated: Someone who works well under pressure while independently & confidently pursuing sales opportunities and strengthening relationships. Highly driven personality. Willing to make cold calls.
• People-oriented: Must love people and enjoy working with the rest of the team; enjoys connecting with people and communicating clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to capture information from quote requests and write detailed orders accurately.
• Team Player: Work well in a team atmosphere while working for a mutual win.
• Creative: Ability to put yourself in a client's shoes & reach them in a unique and personalized way.
