Position: Sales Rep

Pay Range: $22- $25 hour + Commission!

(The following schedule may vary) Monday – Friday / 10 am – 6 pm / Hours: 40

We are a fast-growing company in search of a Sales Rep that is experienced in sales, CRM, a great closer, and wanting to succeed in the second largest county in Southern California This is an opportunity to use your experience in sales and join a company that is willing to reward exceptional sales leaders with an uncapped compensation program and the opportunity for growth based on your hard work and persistence to close new accounts.

Requirements:

· Flexible, high energy self-motivated individual with a high degree of business ethics who thrives on the thrill of opening new accounts and is a strong closer.

· Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Solutions oriented and customer focused. Have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.

· Ability to maintain composure, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions with respect to all whom communication is made.

· Skilled in building and maintaining relationships.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Working cell phone

Key Responsibilities: (Are not limited to)

· Generate new and repeat sales by way of incoming phone inquiries and in person meetings.

· Follow up on all sales/service inquiries.

· Travel within San Diego County to pursue leads, meet prospects, and close on new accounts.

· Submit quotes, generate service agreements, and maintain records of all sales leads.

· Identify new sales opportunities and schedule meetings with prospects.

· Educate prospects/clients on services and suggest recommendations.

· Timely responses to prospect/client inquiries via all means of communication.

· Work with the operations team to execute a client/account hand-off between departments.
