We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is looking to start a new career path and possesses qualities of a natural leader with a positive attitude and student mentality.
A Sales Representative is an essential member of our team, working to increase product reach throughout the greater Cincinnati area. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and thorough understanding of services. You will be working in a team oriented environment of like-minded and driven young professionals. We provide all training to ensure exceptional product knowledge and problem solving skills to effectively educate customers about energy deregulation.
Position is full time, in person and first shift.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Demonstrate product benefits to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience is required but customer service experience is a bonus
- This is an entry level position; all training is provided
