Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and verbal communication skills
• Confident, assertive, and honest approach to communication
• Able to learn and grow independently while receiving constructive feedback
• Work well under pressure with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Strong sense of design with ability to distinguish and put together various styles, colors, and textures
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of current trends and styles as they pertain to the home/design industry
• Proven client-facing work experience and/or retail experience
• Prior experience as a sales consultant or equivalent, preferably within the home design industry

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through customer engagement and sharing product knowledge
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by conducting follow-up communication after the completion of a project
• Effectively communicate the company history and story to our showroom guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing structure, and in-house software
• Track and manage sales goals, orders, and provide customers with information throughout their project
• Work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
