Position Overview: As a Guest Experience Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing our exclusive Salon Experience Package to potential guests. Your mission is to create an inviting atmosphere, share the unique features of our three-session package, and emphasize our commitment to community connection.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversations with potential guests, introducing them to the Salon Experience Package.
- Highlight the personalized consultation, luxurious treatments, and positive impact on hair confidence.
- Communicate exclusive offers for service upgrades and home care products.
- Emphasize the locally rooted essence of Murraki Salon.
- Promote the limited time promotion, creating a sense of urgency and exclusivity.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating positive experiences and connecting with people.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about salon services and products.
- Ability to convey the Murraki Salon brand values and community focus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
