Job Description:

We are happy to announce a full-time Sales Representative position filled with many benefits and opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact our company everyday by developing new business through sales in regard to workers' compensation, HR Services and payroll. 

  • Develops and acquires new business through sales to new and existing clients and be able to explain available services offered, utilizing persuasive and efficient sales techniques.
  • Sell products: PEO Services, including but not limited to Workers' Compensation, HR & Tax Management, and Payroll Services.
  • National HR Solutions also partners with a local insurance agency so our Sales Representatives also have referral bonus opportunities for all other types of Commercial Insurance as well! 
  • Prepare and implement an individual business plan including creating prospect lists to obtain new accounts.
  • Apply industry technologies to new sales.
  • Ensures the completion and accuracy of submissions to underwriters.
  • Reviews and analyzes clients’ existing services and needs, recommends services that are best suited for them, and prepares and presents proposals to sell services that best address their needs.
  • Requests forms and agreements from the back-office, closes transactions and secures sales.
  • Provide direction in account transfer situations in order to secure new business. 
  • Delivers customer service by responding promptly to questions and concerns from clients regarding products and services available.
  • Assists the Service team with general questions.

Skills Required:

Keys to success in this position includes High School Diploma (Required), Associates Degree and/or Bachelors Degree (Preferred), one (1) year of related experience and/or appropriate insurance licensing. Excellent customer service, comprehensive written and communication skills and a desire to grow in the insurance industry. Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
