Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Folding Carton Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development in folding cartons and paper conversion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
