We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a crucial role in maximizing our market share. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas for Containers, Ground Level Offices, and Singlewide Modular Structures.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and digital communication.
  • Approximately 50% on inbound inquiry conversion, 40% of the time will be spent on outbound prospecting, and the balance on account development and other sales activities

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships by providing product information, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our container and modular structure offerings to potential clients.

Quoting and Proposal Creation:

  • Prepare accurate price quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring competitive and compelling offers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team to create professional proposals and presentations.

Lead Management:

  • Manage and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential for conversion into sales.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Share market insights with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance for review and analysis.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree, GED or applicable experience
  • 1 year of outbound prospecting experience
    • or 1-year experience at WSMM
  • Only occasional travel for internal meetings or to visit with important customers is required (little to no overnight travel)
  • Demonstrated professional communication (written and spoken)
  • Experience effectively using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-volume, transactional sales cycle
  • Experience with leasing
  • Consultative, solution selling approach
