Sales Representative (Manufacturing)

Fully Onsite Position 

8am to 5pm

Aegis Worldwide is currently seeking a Sales Representative for a leading technology manufacturer in Aurora, IL. An ideal candidate would either be a new graduate with a business degree or someone with sales experience that's eager to hit the ground running, and comfortable hitting a high volume of calls.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience to earn extra commission!

• Direct Hire, full benefits, 401k match, and opportunity to move and grow within the company!
• Base Pay: 45k-55k, with uncapped commission!
• Expected commission in the first year of 20k-40k!

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or agriculture.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience within a manufacturing company, selling a manufactured product or in agriculture/horticulture.  
  • Experience making a high volume of outbound calls daily. 
• Ability to travel up to 20% (About 8-10 trade shows a year, 2-5 days per show)
  • Experience working at trade shows is a plus! 
• Driven sales individual with a strong work ethic, who's eager to learn and grow every day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make 50 outbound calls a day.
• 2 hours of talk time a day.
• Attend 8-10 trade shows per year that range between 2-5 days per show.
• Servicing and selling to existing accounts.
• Finding new potential accounts.
