The Capital Vacations Sales Associate speaks with guests with the intention of either converting guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrading existing Owners' Club memberships.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and inform the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- Conduct a sales meeting to discuss guest needs
- Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- Initial paid training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
- All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Sales experience preferred
- Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle.
- Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
- Maintain a 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

- Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
