Job duties

• Business networking to generate lead
• Create new relationships with-in our community.
• Follow up potential customers & past customers.
• Meet with customers.
• Inspect/Estimate jobs
• Turn leads into a contract.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Be a diligent "Hunter" qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities (targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, social media)
• Ability to read, analyze data to accurately estimate jobs.
• Ability to set goals and objectives.
• Ability to listen effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact positively with staff and customers.
• Ability to organize, schedule, prioritize and follow company processes.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Ability to follow through on commitments.
• Must be able to climb on a roof
• Strong customer service skills and ability to uphold our company ethics with integrity
• Basic computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google & Internet.

REEQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable vehicle for travel within Omaha metro
• Must be able to climb a ladder to get on roofs for estimates & inspections.
• No previous roofing/construction experience needed.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed
