Keep up-to-date with the latest models, technologies, and industry trends.

Sales Process Management:Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a compelling and informative manner.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:Effectively negotiate prices, terms, and financing options to secure sales.
Handle objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

Documentation and Paperwork:Ensure all required paperwork, including contracts and agreements, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Customer Follow-Up:Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.

Sales Targets and Reporting:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
