Sales Representative - insides sales, earns lots of money!

Great to work for company is looking for results-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Duties making outbound calls to leads with some inbound calls. Listening to prospects and determining their needs. Discussing all services offered with prospects via phone, text, or email. Creating quotes based on property assessments. Following-up on quotes that have not been booked. Maintaining friendly demeanor and high level of professionalism. Selling all services, scheduling appointments, and doing data entry of incoming leads. Other duties as assigned or required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have a high proficiency in word processing and use of platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and customers. Proven experience in a sales environment. Demonstrated ability to articulate and offer our service in ever expanding markets, to cross-sell, upsell and bundle services all while maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. Must be able to pass a background check, and have a high school diploma or GED.

SALARY:

$19.00 per hour with monthly commission and monthly bonuses.

Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm available. Two Saturdays a month 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
