SalaryHair & Skin Beauty Bar is a retail business at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA. We sell top-of-the-line hair tools, hair extensions, hair care products and skin care products. Our customers love our products!
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for approaching potential clients, explaining & demonstrating our products, negotiating pricing and making sales. We offer on-site, hands-on training.
HOURLY PAY PLUS TIPS - Our employees are guaranteed a minimum of $14/hr. Instead of stress-inducing commission, we created a Competitive Pay structure where your hourly rate will increase depending on your sales each day. If you have a day of low sales, you are always guaranteed $14/hr. Our average employee makes $28/hour, but it will all depend on your performance.

Under $500 in sales- $14/hr for that day
$500 in sales - $16/hr for that day
$700 in sales - $20/hr for that day
$1000 in sales - $22/hr for that day
$1250 in sales - $24/hr for that day
$1500 in sales - $28/hr for that day
$1750 in sales - $30/hr for that day
$2000 in sales - $34/hr for that day
$2250 in sales - $36/hr for that day
$2500 in sales - $40/hr for that day
$2750 in sales - $42/hr for that day
$3000 in sales - $46/hr for that day
