Sales Representative - Corrugated Sales

Alliance Sheets, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners and Corrugated manufacturing industry leader, is currently seeking a Sales Representative for our state-of-the-art plant in Bristol, IN.  As our Sales Representative, you will be the leader and champion in developing and growing sales in Northern Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prospect and establish new business with new and existing customers.
• Handle any and all technical issues with customers.
• Handle all customer quality issues with the product.
• Handle any logistic issues with customers such as filling trucks for on time deliveries.
• Provide information to the plant on all customer and competitors.
• Provide customers with assistance on any product that must be run at other customers.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Stay up to date on all industry training.
• Stay up to date on all safety training.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma
• 3 - 5+ years of Sales Experience in a Corrugated manufacturing environment

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Demonstrate ability to build, implement, and manage sales programs.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional communication skills both written and verbally.
• Good math Skills
• Good computer Skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to travel.
