A nationally accredited public adjuster firm, Gavnat and Associates, is actively seeking a strong Sales Representative/Account Manager. Gavnat and Associates excels in providing world-class-service to clients when their residential and/or commercial properties are compromised by hail, wind, water, fire and mold damage.
Job Description
As a Sales Representative/Account Manager for Public Adjuster Services, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of company services to provide excellent customer service to assigned in-house accounts. The Sales Representative/Account Manager would manage the in-house accounts in their entirety including hosting events and participating in meetings outside of business hours to maintain and build the existing relationships.
Job Duties
Responsibilities:
Become knowledgeable about the services Gavnat provides
Obtain a Public Insurance Adjuster License
Create a business plan
Provide existing clients with exceptional customer service to in-house accounts – grow the business with the current accounts
Daily follow up with clients and other personnel on claims for assigned in-house accounts
Weekly meetings with clients including evening board meetings
Weekly updates to claim files
Attend all sales meetings to sell Gavnat services for in-house accounts
Attend Community Association Institute (CAI) events and other marketing events related to the assigned in-house accounts
Work with the Claims Coordinators to enhance the client experience
Work with the Public Adjusters to ensure the claims are continuing to move forward
Review files and create invoice requests
Attendance of lunch and dinner meetings as needed
Assist in developing and leading sales trainings both internally and for in-house accounts
Manage all client updates including Smartsheet's trackers and CRM software updates
Processing of reports essential to handling a claim including but not limited to Company Cam and Hail Recon
Coordinate surveys and site inspections
Coordinate with other team members to optimize sales efforts
Performs other related duties as assigned needed to ensure the best quality customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field OR relevant job experience in sales
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Demonstrate efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to organize and prioritize client visits with excellent follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of the insurance claim process (will train if needed)

Experience:
3+ years prior experience in sales and/or client relations position
