About the role
Outside Sales Representative Pay + Benefits:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year + Uncapped Commission!- $1500 commission floor for the first 6 months

What you'll do
- Visit and establish productive sales calls, and/or prospect new business opportunities within assigned geography
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and or growing existing customer base
- Research product and application information using available resources and tools
- Manage and own the resolution of customer related questions, opportunities, and inquiries
- Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective management of assigned responsibilities and targets
- Provide customers with appropriate product, hardware, and other Fellers service information
- Develop and maintain existing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Collaboration along side Inside Sales Rep within assigned region to support customer follow up, questions and ongoing targeting
- Target hardware and traffic and safety sales opportunities in partnership with assigned sales reps
- As needed, attend trade shows, franchise events and/or company meetings
Qualifications
- Ability for overnight travel where needed
- Signs, graphics and automotive wrap enhance a plus.
- History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation skill
- Strong relationship builder
- Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting.
- Strong sense of urgency and proven track record to drive results.
- Live within regional geography supporting
- Strong organization skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver customer results
- Strong working knowledge of current and changing company products and service offerings; ability to maintain industry/competitor knowledge
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years relevant sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Ability to travel by car up to 60%
- A valid driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
