Sales Representative

Duties:

- Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective account management

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in technical sales and knowledgeable about relevant products or services
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management and reporting
