Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic law firm. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, and having them schedule appointments and retain our law firm to help with their legal situation. . The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Present marketing materials and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
-Develop relationships with potential referral partners.
-Identify and analyze potential markets and customers to develop new business opportunities
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in professional services.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
