Job description:

Raleigh Residential Exteriors is continuing to add individuals to our Roofing & Exteriors Sales Team to in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area. We have seen tremendous growth in the RDU area. To handle this growth we need your help! We are looking for 2-3 more driven, highly energetic, independent individuals to join our team of Sales Representatives.

No experience? No problem. We deliver the best roofing storm restoration training program in the area, developing fully capable, proficient canvassers within just 2 weeks. Individuals we hire receive training on the basics of canvassing, construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Bonus opportunity available effective immediately
• Commissions paid weekly on all qualified leads
• Monthly and annual bonuses for performance
• Onboarding pay of $400 per week, distributed over the 4 week training period, in addition to commission earned
• Company vehicle and fuel provided after probation/training period
• Average Compensation of 1st year Reps is $80k - $120K

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required
• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must be able to handle and climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must have clean and established driving record
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule in this outside sales position)
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections

Responsibilities & duties of the position:

• Canvassing a minimum of 3 days per week
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the roofing process and sign contract agreements
• Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
• Marketing / lead generation for new prospects
