Access to fast, reliable, and affordable internet has been a challenge for many. We partner with the number one Fiber-Optic internet provide and the Federal Government to provide a free or subsidised internet to the community. We provide the fastest most reliable internet possible without penalizing those in need with slower speeds for not being able to afford traditional plans.
As a Sales Rep you will be focused on working in the NYC community to give those in need access to high quality Fiber-Optic internet. You will interface with community leaders, business owners, non-profit organizations, property staff, and residents to provide awareness of the free and discounted internet available to those who qualify.

1. Sales Experience: Strong sales skills are essential for effectively promoting and selling internet services. Experience in sales or a related field, such as telecommunications or technology, is highly beneficial.
2. Knowledge of Internet Services: A solid understanding of different types of internet services, such as broadband, fiber-optic, or wireless, is important. Being able to explain the features, benefits, and pricing options to potential customers is crucial.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is vital. This involves excellent customer service skills, the ability to address customer concerns, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
4. Community Engagement: Engaging with the local community to raise awareness about internet services is a key aspect of this role. This may include attending community events, collaborating with local organizations, and conducting outreach campaigns.
5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying information about internet services to potential customers. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding the diverse needs and backgrounds of the community is important. Demonstrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly will help in building trust and rapport.
7. Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge, such as familiarity with different devices, troubleshooting common internet issues, and assisting with basic setup, can be valuable in this role. This enables you to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
8. Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Being driven to meet sales targets and achieve goals is essential. This role requires self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently to drive sales and community outreach efforts.

Salary: Base plus commission. On average team members earn $1000-$1500 weekly. Commissions are uncapped and paid weekly.
