Surfaces Sales Representative

Simon Surfaces is looking for a self-motivated sales professional with great work ethics, and self-driven to join our organization. The successful representative will be selling business to business our services/products of epoxy flooring and gas island repair & replacements.   This position has unlimited earning and growth potential.

This person will:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred. (Minimum of associate degree is REQUIRED).
• 3 years’ experience in outside sales.
• 3 years’ experience in inside sales.
• 3 years’ experience in prospecting and cold calling.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Petroleum Industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and terminology is a plus.
