What you'll be doing:
Prospect new customers in your sales territory and provide estimates
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Keep team and customer informed along the way
Leadership and team building opportunities based on performance
Things you need for this position:
Reliable transportation to travel to a given sales territory within the Charlotte area
Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or business development
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
Organized
Friendly
Responsible
Proven self-starter and thrives in a competitive environment
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to multitask without jeopardizing production
Must be honest and empathetic to the needs of customers
Must work well in a competitive team environment

Additional perks/benefits:
Competitive pay structure with uncapped commissions. (Average paycheck range $1,500 -2,000 weekly)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (6 hours of field time daily)
