Sales Representative Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing relationships with referral sources and potential clients for our Home Care agency in El Paso, TX. This is a full time, salary-level position within the Healthcare/Medical industry.
Compensation & Benefits for Sales Representative Position
The position of Sales Representative offers a competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation plan includes bonuses, vacation/sick time, and Telehealth
Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Generate leads through in-person marketing, referrals, social media, and other sources.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities and make cold calls
• Develop an effective sales process to build relationships with referral sources
• Manage customer inquiries, assessments, intakes, and other customer service matters
• Track and report sales activities
• Assists in Administrative and other special projects as needed
Sales Representative Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Work experience in Sales (preferred)
• Work experience Home Care (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely fashion
• Understanding of marketing and sales principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, motivated and persuasive.
• Must speak Spanish.
