Requirements

• Be a goal oriented self starter with a sense of urgency to execute objectives
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in organization
• Professional communication skills, both oral and written
• No experience required but must be willing to learn
• Proactive in problem solving
• Detail oriented
• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Complete the licensing process in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquires regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Make outbound phone calls from multiple lead sources.
• Schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers
• Shadow agent to learn the consultative sales process and eventually move on to selling on your own
• We have a high volume of clientele that speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and Russian. If you are fluent in any of these languages, fit the requirements and job description, we urge you to apply!
