Job Description
Reporting to VP of Development and Outreach, and collaborating with other members of our team, the Sales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential clients using the targeted lead lists that are provided and following up with them throughout the purchasing process. This position is a critical player in developing relationships with program directors, understanding their needs and working together with our team on answering these needs. The candidate must have strong communication skills, especially on the phone. We are looking for a high energy individual who can roll up his/her sleeves and be eager to jump in and make an impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lead lists
- Reach to customers through mail and phone
- Schedule presentations
- Consult customers and product developers

Requirements:
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking live on the phone to new contacts
- Experience and passion for Marketing & Sales
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Punctuality and neat organization
- High energy, positive attitude, self-discipline and dedication
- Strong skills to work both individually and as team member willing to take direction
Preferences:
- 4-year college degree
- Experience selling software or web-related products or services
- Past experience with recreational sports
- Experience with web technologies, design or programming
Compensation:
