Role: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth by attracting more prospects to join the gym. Your role is to guide prospects to understand their needs with curiosity rather than judgment. You will actively listen to qualify prospects into paying clients and assist them in making informed decisions about our services by connecting with their emotional and logical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Assist in lead nurturing of prospects.
- Prepare for meetings with prospects at the gym for consultations.
- Understand the emotional and logical needs of prospects.
- Guide prospects to a decision.
- Sign up new members for services.
- Communicate with our coaches about the needs and wants of prospects.
- Create basic posts and stories on social media to raise awareness for 1Fit.
- Respond to all calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Availability to work 25 hours a week, including weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, with an additional 5 hours outside regular hours.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Mindbody (training provided).
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Alignment with our team's core values and a genuine belief in the benefits of fitness.
- Must be a team player.
Results: Success in this role will be measured by:
- Contacting leads within 4 business hours.
- Appropriately scheduling face-to-face consultations in a timely manner.
- Achieving a 50% conversion rate from consultations to sales.
- Matching prospects needs to our services effectively.
- Accurate recording of sales and client information.
- Maintaining accurate and current documentation.
- Following lead nurturing protocols precisely.
