Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and canvas prime neighborhoods
- Door to door prospecting for new clients very entry level sale. 300$-$500 per serviced account
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends
Pay:
- $500 car bonus once 10 direct sellers are under you
- $200 sign on bonus once first sale is serviced
- Bi weekly pay until april
- Next day pay from April to October
- 150$ upfront pay per serviced account
1099 position
