Job Summary: As a Sales Representative for Northwest Sign & Design you will play a vital role in ensuring the company’s growth by actively seeking out and cultivating new leads and prospects to drive business growth, fostering relationships with new clients, developing new business, selling new signage and service for existing signage, and maintaining existing relationships with clients of Northwest Sign & Design.
Primary Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales.
- Account management and maintaining relationships.
- Actively seeking out and developing new business pipelines.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service for both new and existing clients.
- Working with the sales manager to identify new and emerging markets to target.

Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to establish meaningful connections with clients.
- A genuine interest in customer care.
- Experience in the sign industry, construction, custom fabrication or other trades preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in new business development.
- Must be organzied.
- Ability and drive to network.
- Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to travel locally during business hours to meet with clients on a as needed basis.
- Working knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, adobe)
- Experience with ERP and CRM programs preferred.

Pay: $77,400.00 - $105,000.00 per year
