The purpose of the Sales Consultant is to drive membership conversions through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and creating an environment that empowers and delights our guests for 'J&G Spas LLC, Spa II LLC, H&S Cottman Ave LLC, H&S South Philly LLC, H&S Haddonfield Rd LLC, H&S Cherry Hill LLC and any other location that may be added.'
The duties and responsibilities outlined may change depending on the business needs and/or expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Membership Conversion:
• Implement effective sales techniques to convert potential leads into active members.
• Conduct informative and engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of membership.
• Utilize a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and tailor membership solutions accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Guest Welcoming:
• Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Provide information about our products and services to potential members.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.
Empowering Guests:
• Educate guests about the various features and advantages of our membership programs.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences and needs.
• Provide guidance on how membership can enhance their experience and meet their goals.
Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with both potential and existing members.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture long-term connections.
• Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a unified and positive customer experience.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve sales processes and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on membership conversion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

COMMISSION PAY
* COMPETITIVE COMMISSION PAY. $30 PER MEMBERSHIP SOLD!!!
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
