Job Description
Retail management position: Outdoor Rural Lifestyle and Equipment Industry.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive experience for every customer resulting in high Customer retention.
Keep the store well stocked.
Maintain a positive and desirable work environment.
Set, track, and enforce service deadlines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Working knowledge of small engines, equipment, and trailer components
Ability to step into a leadership role in “Parts and Service”, or Sales.
Teach and encourage teachable employees and replace others without hesitation.
Assist with reporting on inventory sales, service sales
Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues and concerns
Keep an updated viable and well represented Website.
Assist with sales and service customers
Manage inventory, assist with ordering parts/update inventory status (awareness of in-stock, on-order ETA)
Qualifications:
Able and willing to work side by side with employees both in physical and non physical skills.
Strong Desire to succeed financially, while also improving accompanying life skills and habits.
Working knowledge of small engine equipment and trailer components. (Certifications desirable)
Excellent time management skills. Able to put in the hours necessary to complete a task or take care of a customer as needs arise.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or service management positions.
Strong People Skills.
Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
