REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience preferred

- Spanish speaking a Plus

· Energetic

· Exceptional Customer Service Skills Preferred

· Positive Attitude a MUST

· A+ Communication Skills a necessity

· Knowledge of financing, warranties, automobile services Preferred

· High Degree of Integrity

· Self-Motivated with management potential

· Team Player

· Professional appearance

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Successful completion of all dealership and manufacturer training

· Meet monthly sales goals

· Overcome objections, ask for sales, negotiate

· Attention to detail on contracts

· Ability to build rapport with clientele
