SUMMARY:
Gelpac is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our existing customers, generating new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Drive sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion of business opportunities.
· Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide feedback regarding product issues and development opportunities to enhance sales profitability.
· Collaborate with the internal sales team to conduct presentations and demonstrations that educate customers on the features and benefits of our packaging products.
· Promotes the company’s culture and positive business ethics through ongoing business relationships and activities.
· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
· Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience.
· Experience in multiwall paper bags business and flexible packaging; considerable assets.
· Skilled in negotiations, building relationships, prospecting, and closing.
· Ability to solve a variety of problems and cope with a diverse range of situations.
· Effective time management and prioritization skills
· Excellent selling, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
