Drive Social Media is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and hardworking Sales Recruiter to play a vital role in the growth of our dynamic sales organization. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in achieving our 2024 goals by identifying and attracting top-tier talent for the Business Developer role across multiple markets. As a Sales Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with our team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • ​Source qualified candidates for the Business Developer role in targeted markets -
  • These candidates will need to have cold calling skills, business acumen, and presentation skillConduct resume reviews and first-round phone screens to assess candidates' skill set

Coordination and Logistics:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Manage logistics and travel arrangements for selected candidates attending in-person training at our HQ in St. Louis

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through creative sourcing methods and networking
  • Manage future recruitment needs, company referrals, and stay proactive in anticipating talent requirements

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create offer letters and manage the documentation process for successful candidates
  • Post and maintain job listings on various platforms (Paycor, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Record and report recruitment data to influence strategy and improve

  • Sales-minded individual with a positive attitude and a proactive "do-er" mentality
  • Strong follow-through and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Ability to think creatively and maintain a full candidate pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills, representing the organization's brand positively
  • Hardworking and intentional about goal achievement
  • Independent worker with proactive communication skills
  • Highly organized with a meticulous approach to task management
  • Ability to receive and implement direct feedback while advocating for the process and candidates
